Absolutely 100 % satisfied with mine. I bought them 4 years ago after my employer recommended it. I knew it wasn't what it used to be but it was really bad as I quickly found out. When I first got them and Ken was tuning them in, I kept telling him that I was hearing a noise that was like being at surf-side with the waves crashing. He would make an adjustment and it would be fine for a minute or so. then it would come back. After the fifth time he burst out laughing because I was hearing the cars outside going through water as it was raining. I would strongly recommend them based on my experience and the time they take with people that I have witnessed. Just great down to earth people that treat people right.

Many couples deal with battling over the TV. Day after day each of our TVs would get louder in volume, trying to compete with the sound of the others TV. We would get aggravated by not being able to hear our shows. Finally our friend Dorothy told us “I think it’s time. Don’t bother to call anyone else but Ken at National Hearing Aid Services. He will take care of this ongoing hearing issue”. We are so glad we took Dorothy’s advice! We wish we would have done this years ago.
Thanks to National Hearing Aid Services I can now be involved in conversations with my wife and children again. With the help of the SurfLink Mobile I can zero in on conversations in noisy environments by letting this device transmit the conversation directly to my wireless hearing aids. Going out to eat just got fun again!
I have the utmost confidence in my hearing aids from National Hearing Aid Services. As a saxophone player I rely on being able to adjust the program settings on my hearing aids as needed in concert. I can easily change the setting to make sure the loudness of other instruments around me does not interfere with being able to hear my part in the orchestra. I’m able to hear speech in the loudest of environments like never before!
